Iowa State ParksI’ve recently camped at two of the many Iowa state parks: Pilot Knob near Forest City (tour the Winnebago plant!), and McIntosh Woods near Clear Lake. Both had extremely clean restrooms with showers and an abundance of vacant sites in early September.
